Are you desperate to be Healed?

There many type of trauma, we can say a spectrum of trauma in our human life. This can be Physical, mind, loss of family, social relation, emotional, financial, career and soul. There is not nothing left which was called to be abstract; such as Soul and emotion don’t exist it is just abstract in the past century.

Trauma make any folks feel pain, suffering, grudges about others and emptiness in our state of mind. In that phase no one are really in the clarity of thoughts surrounded by others misery and toxic influence with in us.

There are some few word, for those who can’t afford any luxury for counseling or any relevant aid.

Imagination is more painful than Reality.

Don’t chase for someone to heal you.

Please don’t try to diappoint or hurt yourself to search someone who can heal you. If you feel that if you search that right person or eagerly waiting for those person who would make you feel good about yourself or in just snap remove all your inner conflict in just a blink of moment such as we see in Soap opera and in Film. Which is not really true. Don’t try to live in that fantasy arena dear folks because we know that imagination is more painful than in reality.

Write.

Why are you worried?, so write. What make you feel so bad about yourself?, so write. How come this feeling come from?, so write. Who tried to made you feel hurt?, so write. Does problem was you or those made you feel this way?, so write. Do you have right to feel pain and suffering from those who undoublty offered you when you don’t deserve it ?, so write. Are you again recalling that past trauma event consitently like a tape recorder? then why are you so vexed about?, just write down till it completely stop.

Express the grief in your leisure.

An unexpressed emotion never dies but buried within us alive. When it come back it reincarnat into more ugly and scarier form. Therefore, If you like paint then expressed your spectrum of emotion in the canvas. Let your canvas silently validate your hindarance of healing and unclarity mind imbibe with soaked in pain. If you like to write, let you scribble as you wish on any journal, scrap paper, newspaper or electronic document such as MS-word in your PC, Cellphone and laptop. Let it tell you the tale about you only you know not other what want to know. Read that to know only you understand why are you feel this way for so long time, day, month and year because neither any folks will understand nor they want to be understood about it. Eventually leisure such as, drawing, doodling, writing poem, short story or Novella, hikking, exercise, swimming, strolling and reading. Your craft is good enough source of pleasure and harmony which you deserve the most.

Just feel the inner turmoil but don’t numb it.

Doing nothing, is also most underestimate process of healing. You deserve to get break from chaotic and busy routine nothing at all Just lay or sit in the bed and couch. I will not tell you not to think or stop thinking because no one can. Just open your eye don’t fall asleep just feel the emotion which is flowing your mind and plenting on your mind with self-criticism, waves of pain is striking in your mind all the anxiousness flowing around the body which make you cold and gloomy. Feel it don’t ask any question, don’t explain yourself and don’t stop it. Just feel it. Don’t dare to numb yourself because it will only give you more harm and trouble which you don’t deserve at all. In some cases we often heard that some folks fall and doomed into several ill-addiction just for the sake to stop the feeling of pain for a fraction of moment. Just feel it and grieve or cry if you want. Just feel it you will spontaneously become productive person to do your priority task or feel the process of healing turning fruitful. If you are onus to have job or family responsibility or home chores then don’t stop to do work till the turmoil is gone or what expected perfect you feeling you want. Don’t because healing takes a time make sure you feel that abode of pain and trauma while working, while sitting or strolling or any routine scheduled task. You must feel that don’t need to give any explanation or raise any question. Question made by those who don’t trust your struggle or unable to empathise you. This take a time but make sure you trust yourself that you can heal and have self-empathy while you again feel the pain and suffering of past trauma because only you can make this healing process more successful with your patience, consistency and courage with zest of grit.
